Meet Your Psychologist
Allora: Psychology & Allied Health is not your typical neighbourhood psychology practice.
Tenille is a Forensic and Clinical Psychologist, and a board approved supervisor registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and founder of Allora: Psychology & Allied Health. She has extensive experience working with adults within Private Practice, Forensic and Correctional settings, and community mental health. Tenille recognises that it is hard to ask for help, and that the therapeutic relationship is the most important element of counselling. She understands that building trust within therapy takes time, and that providing a safe non-judgemental space to allow people to take their armour off and begin to truly heal is a core element of therapy. Tenille has worked with a diverse range of clients and believes that seeking support needs to be accessible and affordable. A key value within Allora Psychology is that we are all humans first and finding someone to sit with us in our darkness, where we can be seen and heard, can be a crucial step in beginning to help us heal.
